Wayne offers this 1/2 HP shallow well pump for applications up to 25' deep. Shallow well jet pumps are designed to pump water from 0-25 ft. lifts. Self-priming after the pump housing is initially filled with water and a foot valve installed on the bottom of the drop pipe.The SWS series pump has a solid cast iron pump housing that resists freezing damage and is quiter than plastic or stamped alternatives. The high torque motor provides 385 gallons per hour at 50 psi with a 5 foot lift. At a maximum lift of 25', the output is 195 gallons per hour at 50 psi. A qiuck change voltage selection switch allows 115 volt or 230 volt installations. The included pressure switch is set at 30psi on and 50 psi off for high pressure delivery.
