GD Pumps are of hygienic construction with an easily openable impeller. All pumps are tested in an electronic test bed and certified before dispatch.
The pumps are highly energy efficient and require less NPSH to function without cavitation .
The pumps can work under a vacuum of 720 mm of Hg, hence are suitable for use in Vacuum Evaporators.
The pump have open impeller which is made of SS 316 casting and is thoroughly balanced on a Digital Balancing Machine.
The pumps are available with an optional Single or Double Mechanical Seal along with water sealing arrangement.
The pumps have the capability to generate upto 90 mtr head or 10 kg/sq cm Pressure .
Suitable Elastomers are used in the pumps to provide optimum resistance for CIP, High temperatures and chemical applications.
The pumps can handle liquid rates of upto 1,40,000 LPH.
